Not Just Another Women's Event...
This isn’t a seminar.
It’s not a retreat where you pretend everything’s fine.
It’s not about adding another “to-do” to your healing list.
This is a circle — not a stage.
We’ll sit on the floor together, eye to eye, soul to soul.
Not because it’s cute or cozy (though it will be), but because we’re doing things differently here.
You’ve been living in survival mode. High-performing. High-functioning.
Getting shit done while your nervous system is screaming for rest.
You’ve been praised for being capable, but you’re craving something deeper:
To feel soft. To feel seen. To feel safe.
This event is your invitation to release the pressure, the shame, the mask —
and reclaim the parts of you that still remember how to feel.
We’re not here to fix you.
We’re here to help you remember yourself.
There’s no wrong way to be here.
You are not alone in this circle.
You are not too much.
You are not behind.
You are welcome.
What to Expect
This is a sacred circle. A collective exhale. A remembering.
We’re gathering—not to perform, impress, or push through—but to soften, expand, and root back into the truth of who we are.
You’ll arrive and settle in—on the ground, in circle, surrounded by women who are also ready to release the pressure and reclaim their power. Bring a yoga mat, cushion, or whatever helps you feel most at home in your body. Wear something soft. Something honest. Something that lets you breathe.
We’ll open in community—over coffee, tea, and warm welcome.
Then, we’ll begin...
The Flow of the Day
Panel Q&A: We’ll kick off with a conversation that matters—an intimate, real-talk Q&A led by our moderator, Tucson activist and community builder Liane Hernandez, alongside a panel of fierce, wise women. Expect truth. Expect resonance. Expect to feel seen.
Guided Practices + Somatic Exercises: Led by experienced facilitators, you’ll be guided inward—to meet the parts of you that have been holding it all together. The parts tired of pretending. The parts ready to bloom.
We’ll move, breathe, reflect, and reconnect with what’s been there all along: your own deep knowing.
Ritual of Release & Reclamation:
Bring with you:
- One thing you’re ready to release
(a belief, a habit, a mask…)
- One thing you’re ready to reclaim
(your voice, joy, softness, truth…)
Together, we'll move through this
threshold - out of survival and into
self-honoring.
Community & Nourishment:
We’ll close the circle the way we
began: in connection. With laughter,
food, presence, and no need to be
anything but exactly who you are.
A local food truck will be onsite with lunch options, and plenty of
time to connect, reflect, or simply be.
What You'll Walk Away With
The courage to let something go.
The power to pick something sacred back up.
A renewed connection to your body, your voice, your deservingness.
The knowing: you’re not alone, you never were.
And a new ability to tap into your soft, yet fierce, nature to magnetize every thing you want in this life!
