These sessions are held on Wednesdays in July from 5 – 6 PM MST and are lovingly guided by Kalisha. You can register for one or all four sessions. The exact location will be shared with participants upon registration. Each session costs $15 and is limited to a maximum of 10 participants, ensuring an intimate and supportive environment.
