Somatic + Arts Circle: A Journey of Breath, Movement, and Creativity

Welcome to our online event where we invite you to embark on a transformative journey of self-exploration through breathwork, movement practices, and creative expression. Join us for a unique experience that combines ancient traditions with modern techniques to help you connect with your body, mind, and spirit. This circle is a safe space for you to explore your inner world, release tension, and cultivate a sense of well-being. Let's come together to unleash our creativity and nourish our souls in this virtual gathering. No experience is necessary, just an open heart and a willingness to dive deep into the somatic arts. We look forward to sharing this empowering and inspiring experience with you!

Here is the basic list of supplies you will need:

  • Paint: We recommend student-grade tempera paint as an affordable option that does not sacrifice quality for creativity.

  • Dry colors - like colored pencils, markers, craypah pastel, crayons, etc.

  • Brushes: A variety of sizes for different strokes and effects.

  • A Palette: For mixing your paints and exploring different color combinations. Any kind of plate will work.

  • Paper: Anything that withstand tempera paint. Size: at least 8.5 X 12) or bigger. Mixed media or drawing quality. A few pages will do.

  • Tape, Push Pins, or T-Pins: For securing your paper to a surface.

  • Journal and pen for writing
