In this workshop, Desirée Maultsby (she/her) will lead a conversation exploring the dynamics of sexual desire during menopause. Practices designed to guide you on a journey towards intimate pleasure and ecstatic presence will be shared as well. The embodied practices can be done solo or with a partner.

We’ll briefly discuss some basic approaches to wellness, as well as:

- explore ways to support changes in the bodies

- demystify sexual desire and embrace shifts in libido

- how to enhance pleasure through awareness and intentional solo practice

- 3 creative approaches to having the sex you want with others

Realigning Sex and Spirit is about connecting to the body and the sacred through breathwork and presence. In this workshop, you’ll learn how to integrate and connect to your spirit and body to increase pleasure no matter your season of life. Takeaway tips and resources that support spiritual wellness, intimacy, and bliss. Space is open for questions and answers.
